Iva Jajčinović
TRAINEE
Iva is a trainee in Dispute Resolution and Employment practice teams. Prior to joining Ostermann & Partners, Iva graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Zagreb where she also received Dean’s Award and participated in Regional Moot Court Competition in Human Rights. During studies, she completed an internship with a top tier Croatian law firm and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Zagreb.
In Ostermann & Partners, Iva assists senior associates in preparing employment agreements, by-laws and advising clients on the changes in labour law.
She is also involved in the work of our Dispute Resolution group where she is assisting senior colleagues with valuable legal research and drafting pleadings and legal opinions, mostly for clients from the energy sector.
