It is our pleasure to announce that Ana Vrsaljko Metelko has become a part of Ostermann & Partners team - Ana will be joining us as an Of Counsel and will be in charge of real estate, public procurement, employment, and transport practice areas.

During her 15 years long career Ana has been involved in numerous significant local, regional and international projects and has vast experience in advising international and domestic clients from various industries ranging from IT, real estate, leisure and construction to retail and automotive industry. Ana advised numerous clients in many M&A transactions targeting companies from variety of industries and has been well known for her real estate expertise - real estate acquisitions and divestments, construction and project development, permits and land register matters. She is recognized for her expertise in public procurement, real estate, employment and transport and regularly advises clients on different legal matters from these legal areas.

Ana started her career in shipping industry, in one of the largest Croatian shipping companies and soon after continued as an attorney in one of the leading Croatian corporate law firms where she was a partner and co-headed Real Estate and Employment departments.

Ana has been recognized as a recommended lawyer in Croatia in 2020 Legal 500 edition in the field of Real Estate and Construction and was a contributor to the 2018 World Bank Group’s edition of Doing Business: "Doing Business in EU 2018: Croatia, Czech Republic, Portugal and Slovakia"

She is a member of the Croatian Maritime Law Association (CMLA) and the Croatian Transport Law Association (CTLA).

Ana’s expertise and experience will further enrich the quality of services and expand knowledge offered to the current and future client base.
