Anna Beg
JUNIOR ASSOCIATE
Anna Beg joined Ostermann Ivančić freshly after graduating cum laude from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. She is a trainee in the Dispute Resolution and Banking and Finance practice groups, possessing particular knowledge of the energy law matters in Croatia.
Anna regulatory advises banks and investors in financing and regulatory matters. Her financing engagements include advising an international bank related to debt refinancing, a global company in the financing of purchase of equipment, etc.
Anna’s dispute resolution experience is focused on representing corporate clients in courts and public law institutions. One of highlights includes advising a foreign investor in a complex shareholder dispute.
