Ostermann&Partners wins CEE Deal of the Year Award – Croatia 2018.

Ostermann&Partners has won CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Award for Croatia at the Deal of the Year Awards Banquet in Budapest in March 2019 for its work on Meteor Group’s Acquisition of Badel 1862.

Winners were selected from all deals signed in the 2018 calendar year, and were based on deal complexity, market (and regional) significance, and innovation.

Final nominees were selected by highly-regarded private practitioners in Croatia and the winner was selected by prominent legal experts from across Central and Eastern Europe.
