Marta is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A, and Dispute Resolution practices, with a particular focus on advising clients from the TMT and gaming sectors.
She has been the key person in several M&A transactions where she has also acted as a team leader for the due diligence processes, mostly for foreign investors purchasing local targets. She has also been involved in a high-profile NPL transaction which included maritime domain issues.
