Business Development Manager
As a business development manager, Tina is actively involved in supporting the law firm’s business strategy and developing and asserting business development strategies, tools and activities. She supports Ostermann & Partner’s legal team in pitching process, conducts market intelligence activities and takes care of the firms coherent visual and brand identity.
Her work is particularly focused on implementing various strategies for improving client relationships and relationships with wider business community. She is also actively involved in improving and implementing various business processes and systems, organizing internal and external events, and trainings.
