Janica Rakoci

Janica is an Associate in Commercial and Dispute Resolution practice teams. She joined Ostermann Ivančić after graduating magna cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Zagreb. During studies, Janica represented the Faculty at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, receiving Honorable Mention for Respondent.
Janica represents clients in complex corporate and employment disputes. She also provides general employment and GDPR legal advice, including drafting employment agreements, terminations, bylaws, etc.
Furthermore, Janica provides daily legal support to a major international company developing renewable energy business in Croatia, making sure the client is informed on all energy regulatory and compliance updates.
