Marijana Soldo Kubat is a senior associate with broad knowledge of corporate and commercial law, real estate and employment law matters. She has rich experience advising clients in complex reorganizations and matters related to capital markets.
Marijana represents and advises clients on various commercial and corporate law matters on a daily basis with focus on consulting clients in various procedures such as squeeze out of minority shareholders, mergers and other corporate changes.
